How to Measure Your Child’s Foot

You’ll need: A wall, a piece of paper, a pen — and a tiny wiggly human.

1. Set up: Place the paper flat on the floor with one edge touching the wall.

2. Heel to wall: Have your child stand on the paper with their heel gently touching the wall, feet flat and standing straight.

3. Mark the longest toe: Find the longest toe (it’s not always the big one). Make a small mark at the very tip.

4. Measure: Measure from the wall edge (heel position) to the mark in centimetres (cm). That number is your child’s true foot length. Enter this number in cm (e.g., 14.2 cm) in our Size Finder Chat and we’ll recommend the right size instantly.

Helpful Tips

  • Measure both feet — use the longer one.
  • Measure in the afternoon (feet expand slightly during the day).
  • Round to one decimal place.

Below is our shipping policy, including estimated delivery times, costs, and regional availability for orders shipped from our Australian warehouse.

We currently deliver to Australian addresses only. Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard: First order free otherwise a flat fee of AUD $5. Delivery Time: 2-3 business days.
  • Priority: For orders made before 2pm, Sydney time. Delivery time: Next business day. Note: Australia Post processes orders made on Friday on Monday.
  • Free delivery: All orders over $75 receive complementary free standard delivery nation-wide.
  • We currently only ship domestically, Australia-wide.

If you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of delivery, we’re happy to help with a free exchange.

How it works

  • You can exchange your sandals for a different size or colour
  • We’ll email you a pre-paid return label (on us)
  • Once your return is on its way, we’ll send you a new pair at no extra cost

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

At the moment, our largest size is T9. If we’re unable to exchange to a larger size, we’ll always work with you to find the fairest solution — including refunds or future discounts. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, you’re welcome to return your shoes for a refund or exchange.
